This little duckling was going to be tossed out, so I took him, in hopes of having a friend for grounder. There 1st meeting went successful & since the duckling "Webby" is alone, I made a guinea feather buddy for him to snuggle with.

What's going on with Webby's foot? Does he have movement in the joint?
There is no movement in the joint. I tried to move the foot but it won't move. I thought maybe a splint, but I dont want to do more harm or dislocate the leg. We were thinking some aqua therapy may help? Any suggestions?

Holding the joint in a more natural angle is definitely something I would do. There are some nice splints for poultry being 3D printed, for example:
