Good morning WhoDat! Sounds like you might need to buy a new tablet, but hopefully the geek squad can do a factory reset & that will fix it...but I'm not totally sure it will!

I hope it works but I’m starting to wonder cuz it does freeze up at times too

If it does snow tomorrow there is no way it really accumulates to much. The ground will be too warm. So that's good.

Me too I know I still have a long way to go, but today is good .

We just have a thunderstorm yesterday, so that was fun and now snow . Your right, the ground will be to warm and that's fine with me.

Doing great. Big ice storm so I'm locked inside (I'm not certain how that is different from any other day) and tons of work but I feel good about it.

It's crazy how out of wack they can get. I wish I could save you the cost of taking it in. A factory reset really isn't that hard. You just have to make sure that you have backed up everything that is important to your Google or Samsung account, depending on what type of tablet you have...like your pictures and anything else you don't want to lose and you need to make sure that you know all your passwords so that you can reload all of your apps & retrieve everything that you backed up! I've done this on our smartphones many times!

Thanks. Me too. Ice is the worst..

With COVID, I wasn't going anywhere anyway. When we bought the house I bought in a development where all of the wires were underground. That makes it highly unlikely I would lose power and therefore heat. I feel pretty good about riding it out.

Sorry, just trying to help.... As long as you can remember how to log into your email you can then get back into BYC by signing in and saying you forgot your password & they will email a reset link to you! You will need passwords & login information even if you take it to the geek squad. I keep all of my login information on a piece of paper in my desk.
