Meet my new baby!

This is Coco......"she" hatched yesterday and is a thoroughly spoiled little chick
already - she likes to sit nestled into my neck and peck my ears!

I have no
broody at the moment so I am her Mama... She does have a "sister" called
Chanel......get it Coco Chanel! But Chanel is not doing very well

and I fear
she will be gone soon.....she can't open her eyes?

"She" is a Bantam Orpington - rare chocolate colour

Hoping for a few more like "her" in a week or so

On day 3 now and sickly babie definately on the way out

It would take water if dropped on to its beak but not food.
It has never opened its eyes and remains pretty lifeless
- I have just bought 4 "friends" for Coco - a buff orp, a cochin
and 2 pekins
