my first time hatching chicks.
I built my own incubator and got this little one this morning! I only put in three eggs to test it. (My hens outside are sitting on their own ) I’m still waiting on the other two. I’ve candled them but have no movement. Today is day 24. But I’m still hopeful! Any pointers are greatly appreciated!!

That is absolutely the cutest face ever! I've got no helpful hints on incubating as I'm doing it for the first time in about 15 years. So we'll see how it goes...
