    Well...here are a few shots of Diego, Pablo, Gustavo, Maria, Sophia and 7 other "yet to be named" Columbian Rocks. They are all about 26 weeks old and I expect the girls to begin laying "any day" now. It took me over a year of looking to find these guys and I really hope to put about 75-100 chicks on the ground next Spring to establish a SERIOUS breeding program. They need some work, especially on size and leg color...but its a starting point

    WOW Scott! I can't believe how much they have grown! You have a great project going. These are soooo rare. It is a wonderful thing you are doing. You are certainly going to be busy!

    Do you think my girl is Columbian or Lakenvelder? I got her from hatchery in an egg layer mix.
