Hey guys, just curious what you think..
My two khakis are about 5 weeks old. One of them makes a perfect quack, the other still peeps. I don’t know how to tell the khaki females from the males.. opinions?

And then we have my two welsh.. the lighter beak one quacks, LOUDLY. The other, well, peeps squeaks and snores. Both female looking?

Using @Carcajou 's flock picture for reference... You can see in her photo that some of her khakis have darker tail feathers and a couple that have lighter colored tail feathers. Your darker tail feathers are going to be your drakes (male). Also your males will have a darker head than the females.

I don't know enough about Welsh harlequins to give any advice on those two, but I'm sure we'll have some others that are more experienced chime in here soon.

Using @Carcajou 's flock picture for reference... You can see in her photo that some of her khakis have darker tail feathers and a couple that have lighter colored tail feathers. Your darker tail feathers are going to be your drakes (male). Also your males will have a darker head than the females.

Ok, thank you for responding. I see what you mean in that picture.. both of my khakis are all light brown, head to toe.
