Thankyou so much guys, means alot, to know that so many people know of her now, is somehow comforting. I haven't been on for a while .... just didn't even want to see responses, I think cause it would have upset me too much. I am pretty tough, but this sort of thing just gets me bad. Thanks guys

Here is a couple of pics, the first shows Amelia, in the middle , with Harley directly in front, and the second of Harley with her well grown brood from last year.... Harley was touch and go for a couple of days... she had blood seeping from her belly feathers, plus the puncture wounds, but has come good now, she is a very loving mother!! I will take some pics of her with the remaining babies for you all to see.

What an amazing little girl. I'm so sorry, it's made me cry all the way out here in England, it must have been devastating for you. You take good care of yourself and the rest of your flock, my thoughts are with you.
