Announcement Merging "Site Problems, Issues, & Guides" into Feedback

We setup the "Site Problems, Issues, & Guides" section in preparation for the conversion of BYC. It was super helpful to have all the bug / issue reports in one place.

Now that the dust has (mostly) settled from the conversion, we've decided to merge the two sections:

BYC Website & Forum Feedback & Announcements
&
Site Problems, Issues, & Guides

into: Website Announcements, Feedback, Issues, & Guides

We'll be using / improving the "prefixes" (thread labels) for the section.

You can sort this section by each prefix at the bottom of the thread list:

Oh my gosh... I just learned something new! You can quickly filter by any prefix by just clicking on any of the existing prefix labels:

This is great, good find @Nifty-Chicken

I just checked it out and it’s so easy to use. I was looking for a guide the other day but this feature is going to make it so much easier!
