Merging the flock??

I have a mixed age coop. I have 3 young ones separated within the same coop. Can I safely incorporate these 7 week old pullets into the pen with my 4 month old pullets and 2 year old hens? They have been able to get acquainted through a fence, for over a month.

If they aren't the close to the same size, it's not a good idea. Maybe you try it in an open area?
