Meringue Cookies

Ever had a home made meringue cookie?
What's the secret?

I call them Resurrection cookies and make them every night before Easter with my family. The secret is to preheat the oven at least 20 minutes before you use it at 200 degrees. Then you make your recipe and put them drop cookie style on a wax paper sheet and put in the oven. turn off the oven and don't open. They will be done in 20 minutes. nothing tastes better! Its really simple ingredients to!
