Messed up wings? Development issues??

So I hatched this little girl out of some hatching eggs we bought at an auction. She’s the only one who looks different. From day two or so I noticed her wings were shorter than all the rest she is not mentally disabled or anything she gets along just fine. Here’s a recent pic of her it’s like her too feathers aren’t there or maybe they are just super slow to grow? She’s just now a little over a month old. What’s wrong with her and will she thrive later on? I know that maybe a unanswerable question but just wondering if anyone had a similar experience.
