Messing up already? Help?

The recommendation I've read for back yard flocks is a minimum of 4 s.f. in coop, and 10 s.f. in run/bird. I can tell you that my flock would not do well with that kind of limitation in the coop.
 
I agree with LG. The more space, the better. Do you have a cover over a section of your run so the birds can go outside even in the winter?

Where I live the flock never has to stay inside, since I also have a covered 3 wall section off of the coop that connects to the bigger covered run. So I can get away with less room in the coop, since they only sleep and lay eggs in there. (Although they still have almost 4 sq ft per bird.)

Your set-up is lovely, buy the way!
