Met a BYC memeber today :)

I was able to meet Stacey (Seachick) and her wonderful daughter Olivia today. They are such nice people.
Unfortunately their pullet Hazel just wasn't getting along in their flock, so I offered to give her a home. She is such a pretty bird. Stacey and Olivia brought hazel up today and stayed a little bit to visit. I think Olivia might have the "Silkie bug" though...lol.

It's so nice to meet other chicken people. Can't wait to meet more of you!!

We really enjoyed meeting you and your daughter, Angie. Olivia and I both feel so happy that Hazel's gone to such a good home. We really hope it works out, as your animals are all so happy. Folks, it was such a hoot to see Angie's daughter roaming around with a Siklie tucked under her arm! Yup, Olivia fell in love with the Silkies, good thing we are only allowed 6 chickens here or I am sure we'd soon be overrun!
