My roof does have proper pitch (and run is open on 3 sides)... the condensation rolls down until it meets a frame member where it builds up until it drips at that location.If the roof had a proper pitch, any humidity condensing on the underside should flow down and out of the coop, and not be dripping inside.

Ya, you guys don't have much humidity in your air there in the valley... But I will take my humidity and mostly mild weather over hot as hell and can't breath the nasty air...Dry as a bone. I'm so grateful for our climate.
