Metal corrugated roof! Ugh...

Mine is NOT leaking... it's just condensation (not caused by animals)... I live on the coast in the Pacific northwest and our humidity is ALWAYS 75-99%. My pole barn and completely open covered (ONLY the top like a patio) run... drip on nice days... NOT when it's raining.

Flex seal is great for leaks... please let me know how it effects condensation. :pop

This is one can. It covered a little over the depth of my roosting board.

I am not sure that will help as you might get condensate on that. Ventilation or insulate the outside of the roof.
I am not able to ventilate the roof. I have had the windows and door open all day with a fan running (to help with smell and floor moisture) there is no improvement with the ceiling that I have not treated. I tried to enlarge the ventilation holes I have already but my saw is not cutting for me.

And screws that have gaskets should be placed on the hill not the valleys of the roofing.

This is true for corrugated roofing, but it is not true for the type of 5V crimp roofing that the OP has and is shown in her pictures. In the 5V crimp or galvalume type roofing, the gasketed screws are placed on the flats.

FWIW, OP, your coop doesn't have anywhere near enough ventilation. May or may not help too much with your condensation problem, but it certainly won't hurt.

Some serious ventilation would help a lot! My hens coop has a steel roof too. Open on both sides to allow for a breeze in summer, and I put up panels for winter months.
The coop is 20 ft by 40 ft. The hens don't seem to mind the cold too much.
Soon I get a new wood blade I am cutting bigger vent slots. I tried today.

Thanks I was in process of cutting bigger vent holes, but my blade wouldn't work. The flex seal actually seems to be working, but tomorrow will tell for sure.
