So I’m getting a 3’x6’ metal shed for my 2 girls. Where should I add ventilation and how much? I plan on changing the door to hardware cloth so they can get some sun light. Should I change the roof to clear corrugated roofing? Any tips/advice. Do I need to insulate? Thank you so much

Where are you located or what's your climate, as far as highs and lows? Plastic roofing panels are weaker and can possibly cause the coop to overheat on sunny, hot days, but a lot of that depends on where the coop is placed and what types of temperatures you're looking at.

As a general rule, vents should go up high, so somewhere just under the roofline is ideal, however there's no roof overhangs to protect the vents in this case so you'll probably need things like louvered covers, awnings, etc. to help provide climate and wind protection.

Insulation is generally a bad idea (especially if you're talking about foam or exposed insulation, as birds will eat it or rodents can try to nest in it). However metal is more prone to condensation issues, so again depending on climate you may want to add roof sheathing if possible (not sure how this thing is built).

This will make a nice coop. If you can,,, install ventilation in area I marked with RED. Do same on opposite back wall. . Install a closable window where I drew in BLUE. Install window of size that suits you. Bigger provides more light, and ventilation in summer. I would leave door as is.
Do not change roof,,, since not necessary. Make your roosts inside at half the height of the structure. This way the ventilation (year-round) will be well above chickens' heads. The window should be opened ventilation during warm weather. Needs to be secured with hardware cloth to protect from predators entering. The closed position should let in daylight year round.
Also do install a small pop door on bottom. About 6 inches above floor is ideal. Inside litter gets contained inside. You can choose an automatic pop door if you so desire. This lets out your chickens at the "crack, of dawn"

Where, in general, are you located? Climate matters -- especially when it comes to housing.

I would not use clear roofing because, in my climate, heat is a major problem and a clear roof picking up summer sun on a 95F day would be deadly hot.

But if you do change the roof, take the opportunity to add generous roof overhangs on all 4 sides so that they will shelter the vents.

Speaking of the vents, those little louvered vents are essentially useless. Adding awnings over large vents covered with hardware cloth is much better. The best placement is at the top and bottom of the roof slope so that air will flow along under the roof -- carrying away moist air that could cause condensation while the coop remains draft-free down at roof level.
