I think that most hatcheries cross Eastern Wilds with Rio Grande and Bourbon Red turkeys, but I do not know about Metzer.

I got some American Buffs from them, and both developed knobs. Additionally the female had a very noticable brown stripe on the back of her neck, which leads me to believe they have been almost certainly been crossed with Africans, or possibly Chinese.
