I would think rare assortment chicks you could expect to get a black..blue ameraucana, because maybe everyone wants blue, it is still rare, and fits the rare assorment chicks, and I am thrilled. I have other blue birds I can breed it to and maybe still get the blue chicken with blue eggs.
