Don't worry about the Dorking. I have one ordered for August. You are correct that chicks that are ordered are factored in to the availability equation. When it says none available, it simply means that all that WERE available have already been placed on order.I believe they switch to 'male only' when they've filled all the orders for the females that they expect to get, so you should still get your females.
I'm a little worried, myself, as I placed an order for a silver gray Dorking female back in November, and now it says there are none available at all!![]()
