I just used fencing inside the coop (just fence and temporary staples) for a inside place for them that had roosts, then for the outside I had fencing too with removable posts. I moved them back and forth for a couple weeks. Then I flipped the fencing over to where the 4 x 4 inch holes were on the bottom so they could go in and out on their own. Eventually they slowly would sneak up to the main roosts with the big girls. I left the outside fencing in the run up so they could run and hide for a few weeks until they could no longer fit in the 4 x 4 inch holes. By then they were big enough to take care of themselves anyway.I can do the portioned off part in the run but not the coop. I guess we'll just have to see how it goes and hope for the best. But I can let them hang out during the day together for a few weeks so they really get to know each other and then add them at night to the coop. That will be one sleepless night for me I'm sure.
Now if you have a broody hen that will take in those chicks, you may be able to avoid any of the trouble since she'll protect them.
I was the same way too, I lost sleep worried about them.
That's exciting that you're getting more!
