I haven't ordered from a hatchery yet, so this is interesting to me--thanks for posting! I bought my first flock from a family who had to move and since then I've added from two local-ish breeders. One I do not recommend and the other, Thunder Creek farms, I recommend wholeheartedly. I got cream crested legbars and isbars from them and they are fantastic birds--healthy, friendly and quick to watch for predators. She threw in an extra isbar pullet, as well. And they just seem like nice people.
