I have had 2 birds get bubbly eyes, both birds have been put down. Question is, what about my oother birds that seem fine. Can i have them checked by a vet?

Probably over 50 $ unless you have a friend who can do it.

OUCH! I think I will just watch the rest of my flock VERY closely! If bubbles appear in eyes I will take action... HOPEFULLY they are fine and healthy
