some of those blue eggs will produce olive eggers if the rooster was of a breed that lays brown eggs. I have some silkie eggs in my incubator .I am excited and thats no eggsageration

So im kind of curious about this. We all stop turning our eggs in our incubators 3 days before hatching. However, broodies keep turning eggs until the chick pops out. So why do we stop turning and they do, and both ways the eggs hatch? I got kind of worried when I realized my broody moved around all the pipped eggs and flipped them and stuff but isn't that how nature intended?

Just go with it we cant completely duplicate what a mother hen can do, Trust the lockdown procedure stop turning , raise the humidity and wait, Dont risk doing anything else. Unless your a hen of course
