The neighbors gave me all of their chickens because they couldn't keep them anymore. I have too many roosters now. I'm trying to see if I can find a home for any of these 3 roosters. They are friendly and tame and I think they would make good pets. I think they are all silkie mix. they are all small and have feathers on their feet. I tried to let them go in a park where there are dozens of wild chickens but they were not equipped to live in the wild. I stayed with them until it got dark and they couldn't fly up high enough to get in the trees with the wild chickens and they tried to roost on a car. so I gave up and took them back home. The wild chickens here in Miami I think are direct descendants of wild jungle fowl and have great survival skills compared to domestic breeds.
