OK, where I live here there are field mice running around the property, and some have also made their way into the house!! Anyway, while I was going into the chicken coop, I opened the door and heard some scattering noises inside that made it's way out...... I'm not sure if it's a lizard or a mouse, should I be worry if it's a mouse? Will they spread disease to my chickens or anything?

I'm.not sure if they would be a threat to the actual chickens but they will spread diseases and germs. They will also get into or eat any food you have out for your birds. I would invest in a barn cat or a cat in general. That's the best thing I ever did. My cats are inside/outside. I haven't had mice since I got them. Yes that's more responsibility but no more rodents so it was worth it.
