Mice in the coop

My three chickens (less than a year old) stopped laying about a week ago. Don't think they're molting and seem healthy. Last night I spotted a mouse in the coop. I set electric trap today. Could the hens have stopped laying because mice are scratching around at night and keeping them awake?

It's possible, any stress can halt laying.

mine catch the mice and eat them.. the coons get on top of the coop though, but the heat causes mine to go off laying well
