Yeah, that's really crazy. She can't be convinced otherwise? Promise her eggs or something? Is it just the crowing that upsets her?

I can take the pekin ducks, want the drake, and the Australorps. I am sorry that you have a nasty neighbor.

You can have them for free if you take the 2 girls and 1 boy. They have never made a noise other than a soft cluck and like to sit on my lap and eat treats from my hand.

Raz, I'd for sure take you up on that, though I need to be upfront with you and tell you there us a good chance we wouldn't be able to keep the Roo (they aren't allowed here) - If you still want, I'll gladly take all three and rehome the roo myself if that makes things easier on you, but I don't want to mislead you thinking he'll definitely be able to stay here.

I understand, I've read the Ann Arbor and Ypsi ordinances. I'm just glad that you can have some poultry there. If you can rehome the roo that would be great, at 9 weeks, he is not big enough for freezer coop. The girls will be good egg producers for you once they get big enough. If you can't deal with the roo, I can take him out to Hartland until he is big enough to butcher. Maybe she just had a really bad day and took it out on you. She might reconsider tomorrow. Maybe just get rid of the roos.
