Michigan Chickenstock!!! Lansing area, August 1!!!

Just now catching up on all the posts made the last few days.
Chickenstock was great! It was nice to meet all ya'll and put faces with the names. The kids were great, I really enjoyed watching them have a good time. They were so well behaved too.
The food was delicious. Especially the smoked chicken!
Crystal, I enjoyed your company on the ride to and from Chickenstock.
Opa, Granny and Hope are two very special ladies! Tell Granny thanks again for the chicken pin cushion.
Vicki, thank you for the welsummers. They are doing fine and are camping out in my den till they get a little bigger.

Someone brought a dessert that sort of tasted like a Mounds bar. I believe it was made with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, coconut and graham crackers. I would love the recipe.

Homemade Mounds Bars
Crust 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan
Filling 2 cups coconut & 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
Spread over crust. Bake at 350 for 15 to 25 minutes.
Frosting 1 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons oleo [butter or margarine]
6 Tablespoons milk
Bring to boil and take off heat. Add 12 oz. of chocolate chips [I used dark chocolate chips] and pour over warm bars. To make Almond Joy Bars add whole almonds on top of filling after it comes out of the oven.
