I tried talking the BF into ducks, but it didn't work

he doesn't wanna have to house them for the winter...and then they'd be all over the yard. Really he just doesn't wanna make another winter pen in the barn

But the pictures are adorable and I wanted some. Looking forward to the eggs and everything else

Wish I could help ya with the ducks

How much for the Silver Phoenix? I doubt the BF will go for it because he isn't for sure about keeping them thru the winter, but curosity always gets the better of me. It's strange we get to keep the Quail and Pheasants thru the winter (his birds) but not my chickens??? Not fair

I guess maybe sense he does most the outside work it's kinda fair

I'm getting really excited now and have started the Chickenstock count down on my calender

They are just asking $5 each for the cockerels. They are pretty birds!

Vicki, I talked the BF into it!! We can buy one of the silver Phoenix. Just one but that's better then none

I'm so excited!!!!

Lucky you I had a chane to see them and oh my goodness they are stunning

Out of everyone coming, does anyone have Guineas that they are trying to get rid of? We're looking for just a couple (2 or so)...if so can you either bring them tomorrow so we can look at them or e-mail me at [email protected] with a price???

Thanks
Rachel

Sam, I can't WAIT to try your chicken....and everything else!

I picked up a few cheap tablecloths today from GFS (the thin plastic type), so I figure we can use them for the food table. I'm also going to try to bring some extra tarps to put cages on...I THINK we have a few laying around.
