Would it really effect a backyard chicken coop? I skimmed through the proposed changes and it looks like it effects any facility over 50 animals.

What does this mean? How can someone have livestock and not "confine" them to their property?!

What does this mean? How can someone have livestock and not "confine" them to their property?!

What it means is that if this change goes through then only corporate farms will be allowed to produce farm products.
People with backyard livestock (chickens, ducks, goat, etc) will not be allowed to keep them unless expressly permitted by a local unit of government.

That's what i was wondering. Could she be a "dump"? I haven't had it happen but have heard of people dumping chickens into yards where there were some to get rid of them. Worst idea EVER.
