So true. I would love to know how much money the MFB, MML, MTA and big ag spent to get the GAAMP changes pushed through. And the latest change to the MAEAP programme that now says that even a single chicken in a Category 4 location is "high risk" for environmental damage.

By the way does anyone identify the wild flower/herb/weed that is in the picture, I'd love to know what it is. It is taking over our lawn. It almost looks like a chamomile but doesn't smell like it. My buff brahma has a respiratory infection, really bad. One half of her face is swollen, foamy eye, coughing/sneezing. Ugh. She's been in quarantine for three days now. I keep thinking it can't get any worse and every day she looks worse.

I suppose I could have found a better windmill to tilt at but I am not one to simply roll over and comply with a bully.
There are many other people who have been and are continuing with this fight. The MFSC is representing for the state of Michigan and the FTCLDF is fighting on a nationwide front.

Sorry I didn't describe my weed/flower well. They are small, maybe 6-8 inches tall, close up at night and the whole plant smells.

The judge was not there. It seems that there were a couple of secret actions that took place between the judge and the probation department. Fines and costs were added but not mentioned in the official record. I have a copy of the transcript that says I only have to do the work programme. The PO was not happy that I have the transcript. She did log that I was refusing to comply with the judge's order. So I asked for a copy of the Judgement and guess what? There isn't one.

They seem to just make this stuff up as they go along.

I go back to court on October 21.

So did you get a transcript of today's action? Have you contacted your senator about this, seeing as how you have proof of their bs ( transcripts) it sure seems like they should be able to do something or at least tell you who to contact for help.

You could feed her bits of raw garlic for a couple days and see if it helps?
