Got an old chicken crate off Craigslist last night. They were in my area so they met me in town with it. I thought 35$ was reasonable. He had it sitting in his barn for years, so it's in good shape. A bit rustic, and needs cleaned up. I probably will use inside as a table or something.

I let mom sheep and the lamb out in a small pasture last night, he was so cute to watch. I'll try for some video tonight.

Tribble the goat, has been cooped up in quarantine all winter, so I let her out in the yard to run. she's a hoot to see running full tilt through the yard.

i know this time of yeah is a muddy mess, but I still love it! It means babies and warmer days are at foot!

Silly did you ever test out your cream separator?

Good morning birdman55 and everyone else!

Everything seems well with me and mine. Plus DH stayed up last night and we have our first 4 ounces of maple syrup. Only took 2.1 gallons to get it, but it sure looks pretty.

Nice find. I see them at the Amish processing place full of birds. There are a few people still using them.

Good morning everyone. Has anyone's pheasants started laying yet, my rooster has been courting but so far no eggs.

Wow nice find. That looks like it's still in pretty good shape too.

We tested the cream separator with some whole milk.. It worked.. But the real test will be to see if it worked with the goats milk... And the babies are due in April! So no milk till then!
