I lived in Fowlerville years ago, loved the area but it has become somewhat gentrified since then. Still lots of small towns around the though.

I agree, it's becoming too citified for my liking. I'm going to Wildtype nursery in Mason tomorrow. I'll pick up some real estate brochures.I lived in Fowlerville years ago, loved the area but it has become somewhat gentrified since then. Still lots of small towns around the though.

I forgot to tell everyone that I won my trial on Wednesday.
This was the trial for playing the radio at 2:00 pm on a Thursday afternoon. The trial was pretty surreal. The neighbor lied through his teeth but that was expected. Then the police officer testified. It seemed that he was biased against me but my lawyer questioned him. The officer then said that there was no issue with the "noise", he said that he liked it. (He was standing by the back fence to hear it) Then he testified that he only wrote the ticket because the neighbor was so adamant that I be prosecuted.
So in the end, the judge dismissed the case because the officer only wrote the ticket because the neighbor wanted it so. It wasn't a great win but it was a win nonetheless.
I am SOOO out of this city.
It was odd. The ordinance nazi showed up for the trial even though he wasn't a named party. But he is a friend, I guess, of the neighbor. My lawyer made a fuss and had him removed from the courtroom. That made him mad.I wish that meant that the neighbor will leave you alone but I'm afraid that's unlikely. So glad you will finally be able to move on.
