Wow, after visiting Tractor Supply in Trenton the husband, boys, and I went to Gibraltar Bay Nature Area and wound up within ten feet of a good sized buck. He actually approached us to check us out. It was really cool and made a huge impression on my two year old who spent the rest of the little hike and the ride home searching for more deer. He was rewarded when we drove past a doe grazing by one of their bike trails. Now he's obsessed with finding more deer. Everything is deer, deer, deer, deer, deer. And baby deer, which I think it's the wrong season for, but not when you're two.

Well, these littles were in my yard not 10 days ago......still pretty 'babyish'.

Aw! Looks pretty baby-like to me. I should show him. He's get a kick out of it. I guess it's possible he did see a baby. Guess I should take him more seriously. Beautiful!
