Why do you do this to yourself?? So many houses to choose from... Oh, RaZ!
Where is this house? Caseville?

Three reasons why. :thumbsup

Ok, RaZ. Just sent a letter off. Good Luck with the inspection. Make sure to check out everything. Ask a lot of questions. If you have septic, make sure to have that inspected. One inspector almost cost us a sale on our house in Davison. Had to hire another to get it all straightened out.
Thank you. They really do want to allow chickens. I appreciate that they are taking the time to do it right.
I have a qualified inspector/builder. He'll check the well, septic, electric and everything else. I'll be right there with him.

Yea, we had a qualified inspector too. Was not too happy that we questioned him. We got the "i've been doing this for 20 years rant. Second one found no problems. It's beautiful! Looks like a great place to hold Chickenstock 2018! Caseville?

Has anyone been to the small animal swap in st.louis? (
Small Animal Swaps at United Producers Inc.

Was wondering if it's a decent sale worth an hours drive or not?

While swaps can often offer a variety of different animals including chickens, it's well to be wary of birds that come from such places. If you buy any birds, make sure you quarantine them for at least 3 weeks away from your own birds.
