made 18 into egg salad
That's a LOT of egg salad.

I've spent most of the last 3 days at the hospital with my BF, he has a bad UTI. It's a good hospital, but I'm pretty tired out.
Oh, Ouch! Never heard of a guy getting UTI.
Hope he heals up quick, and you can get some rest.

Cold and damp. Snow is melting. Can't put any coats away. The weather has been so up and down. Need light and heavy coats.
For you old timers. I had lunch with Babette last week. Anyone remember her? We both moved and ended up within couple of miles from each other. Invited her to CS.
This should be my last week of PT! So excited. Did have lots of fun getting better. Going to miss the staff and the clients that I met and joked around with.

Placed my Cackle order today! It's not coming until mid-April, but still nice to make plans.
White Chanteclers, a couple of BLR Wyandottes, and bantam EEs. Yahoo!
Mary

I placed my order too, but I am having them arrive early around Feb 26th. I need to get a jump on this years babies :):jumpy

I have White Chantes, BLRWs, Mottled Houdans, and Large EE's on the way

Needless to say, if you are over 50 and haven't gotten your shingles vaccines shots, go get them NOW.

Matt, sorry to hear about Mom. I hope she gets better soon. It's easier to find the vaccine at most drug stores/grocery stores than at the doctors office.

Hope you have a good experience at PT like I did, Randy. I actually had a lot of fun with the workers and patients. Are you going for your hip? You gotta laugh through your pain! lol Good Luck!

Riiiight. I'm laughing so much I have tears in my eyes.

PT for hip and knee. X-ray is showing degenerative arthritis. Whatever that means. Soft tissue won't be examined until after PT. Insurance policy. Thursday I see the pain doctor for my trigger finger. It was supposed to be the ortho surgeon but my PCP mixed up the referral. Last time I had trigger finger was after that wrist surgery a couple of years ago. An injection took care of the problem. Should be the case this time too. :fl (<--I can't do that) lol

Sure has been some strange winter, eh? My ground hasn't really frozen yet. When it has, it has been just a shallow freeze. Just enough to heave more rocks up. Bladed up several bowling ball sized rocks yesterday. At least I'm getting the pathways graded from the house to the garage and coop.

Did you guys see the story about 3 piglets being dumped in Detroit? Humane Society is adopting them out and a few friends are suggesting that I take them in. I would if I had a decent paying job. Minimum wage job just ain't cutting it. :(
