Silly, my daughter always has a back pack with ducks. She loves to duck other jeeps.

My Jeep has never been ducked. Probably because it is in such rough shape. Dents, rust, missing fender flares on the right side and 300,000 miles on it. Needs tires and an alignment. Waiting for my tax refund to do that. Filed in March and am still waiting for it.

The Department of Labor sent me a notification that I need to repay some of my unemployment from last year, because one of the weeks I claimed I also had vacation. (No, not true. We were told specifically we could not take vacation pay. SMH.)

They may have other ideas to make me repay some $$; "you may receive future notifications."

Since the amount is $60, I'm not really inclined to get in a fighting match about it.

Randy, we filed our taxes electronically in early March, and our refund arrived the end of June. There's still hope!

I recently got a letter from them stating that I needed to repay them for all of 2020.
Trouble is, I never filed for unemployment.

Make that run for them. Even if you can't see them every minute they should be able to get out and roam around for a bit. They will be fine, I'm sure.

I accidently knocked down part of my run a couple of months ago and my chickens have been free-ranging around the yard. They go back to the coop to lay eggs and they tuck themselves to bed each night.

I guess my point is that even if I don't see them constantly, they are still alright.

@RaZ, you are too sweet! I am definately a chickaholic. I am addicted to those animals.

I am sorry but I cannot post here. It will have to be on rant thread and I am not going to do it with people I have not interacted at all. Anyways, I love you all and I appreciate all of your support. Glad everyone is doing good. I guess I will have to finish that run and dig a french drain. Thought about checking at redi-Rental to see if they have anything to tow that huge thing. I am debating many things. Seems like the older I get my choices keep falling short of good. My little girls are almost 8 weeks old and all on the roost together w the big girls. Yes or no? The bigs seem cool with it.
