Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

I'm not getting alerts for this thread! Annoying, anyway.
Yes the Lions won, very nicely. And the Packers won, by one point, still a win!
Have to call the tree trimmers tomorrow, a couple of trees halfway down, too dangerous for us to manage. Nothing on the buildings or fences, so all is well.
Almost to the solstice! Days will be getting longer, much better, even if it's cold.

Looks good to me!
Gluten free....what is it made from?
This one is not gluten free, so it's all for DH.

I've found a few GF sourdough recipes for pizza crust, and I'm going to try one of those first. I'm baking my second loaf of GF sourdough today.

Instead of wheat flour, it's rice, oat, and tapioca flours. I have not been able to find any sorghum flour, which is another one commonly used. Might just have to order it online.

Another girl is laying! :wee

I'm not sure if it's the third pullet, or if it's one of the hens. Both have red combs and wattles. I *think* the shell color is lighter than the hens have made, and my third pullet is a Jubilee Orp, and the only Orp I have, so maybe....? Is 52 grams out of line for a first egg from an Orp?

It was the battery. New battery was cheaper from my mechanic than from the auto parts stores in town. Still expensive.

My heater waterer was frozen. Faulty GFCI outlet. I have a spare in the garage.
I'm getting fed up with electrical issues. Daammit Jim, I'm an ME not an EE.

How much was it...at both places.

Just bought a new one for my tractor.
The old one was 10 years old, comparable brand name was 190, but they had a generic for 90. Same CCA, but 90 day warranty instead of 3 years.

Meijers sometimes has a cauliflower crust pizza in the cooler in the deli section - not sure if it is gluten free, but it was very tasty
Yeah, I've seen that, thanks. There are GF options in the freezer aisle too. I need to find something I can make that both of us can and will eat. Hubby is the picky one, I'm the one who needs the "weird" food.

He wouldn't touch cauliflower crust pizza with a 10 foot fork. SMH.
