No real muddy areas here, I suppose the driveway could get pretty messy if it got more traffic, but whole property is sloped and pretty sandy with no animals on it.

This time of year we can have sloppy areas in several spots. There are a few areas of the driveway that are always a mess when we get a good amount of rain, but they drain and dry well, thank goodness. Most of the land is very sandy here, but I do have a garden that is heavy soil, almost like clay. For some reason, it is directly uphill from a garden that is very sandy. I'm not sure how that happened, but so it goes.

There is a small ice skating rink in our side yard. It thawed into a big puddle. I'll be glad when that's gone.

You can thank the glaciers for the wide variety of soil types you can find and even a small area in this state. Their deposits could be sand, silt, gravel, clay.

I went for a long hike on a private property. I was looking for white tail antler sheds. I found four of them in about three and a half hours. I got the benefit of de-stressing plus the sheds. All the sheds are singles.

I had a class about glaciers in high school back in the day. But that was so long ago that the class title was "Current Events".

Hi Lovelies! What a mess I am lately. Woke up early and got ready to go to Muskegon which is the marihuana mall now with almost every store in every corner sells that stuff, to take Pixie to Petsmart because every grooming place had no opening for her, so paid more than a ying-yang there. Had to wait about 3 hrs. Good thing was that went to Mr.B's for breakfast. Love that place and got to see a wonderful girl, daughter of one of the pastors, working. Have not seen a lot of people for a bit over 2 years. So by the time I got back it was egg collecting, shower and did some crochet but got sleepy. Dang it was almost 4pm. Slept until 8pm. So now awake until God knows when.
Yes, I will leave the deep litter on. I was just not wanting Mrs. Cindy too see poop but I guess it is what it is. I am very concious about others. I will have to move it towards one side mainly because I do not want her to trip with teh board that holds it by the door. The main door is what she will have to use. I can climb from the side on a step ladder but I would not want her to fall or have an accident.

So far, seems like I might be leaving on Sunday morning. So far very upset because the printer still does not work. Nor wireless nor USB. But I am not going to even let that bother me. If I have to buy another printer, I will deal with that whenever. I donot come to the computer but once a day and do not stay for more than 10 min unless I am here. Or facebook which is weird. I used to have an account with my name when I was an ebay seller and had over 10k friends. Now I have my name in hebrew and not even 50 friends. If I go there, I just re-post funny stuff about chickens or anything stupid,lol But afetr the war in Ukraine began, the whole place is a plain bickering area. I am honestly thinking that I have lost people skills or do people are really that selfish and stupid.
Anyways, thank you for the advises and will surely do. I will miss my girls so much already and have not even gone anywhere,lol

Maybe I can learn how to compost all the deep litter,lol I know that I piled a lot of stuff way in the back but have no clue about how to do any of it. Well, I am gonna go and make me a cheese sandwich and watch some re-runs while crocheting and hopefully I get sleepy soon.

What do you do with those things? Just curious!

I use them for clothes hooks in the house. Approximately twenty years ago I puts two sets on an aromatic cedar board. I screwed the board to the wall and used the mounted antlers for clothes hooks. I don't have any head or shoulder mounts.

I'm OCD when it comes to poop. I clean the coop and run every day. I pick up the dog poop and even pick up the chicken poop in the yard.
