Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

My DH was called in and is working so he hears all the local news. For those of you who care to, please say a prayer for the Budzinski family. They own one of the largest dairies up here and they are on fire right now. So you have a fire to fight when It is -1 out and they have about 250 cattle to try and get out. I am just horrified at the thought of it.

Oh no!
I hope all goes well and no-one or nothing gets hurt. Poor cows/farmers...

I do hope everyone and all the animals are OK! That's a terrible loss!

Im sooooo glad I have a hydrant at my barn.... makes watering sooooo much easier then dragging water to the barn like I did in the past.
However I eo take a milk gall jug full of hot water to warm chicken water up a lil cause their so spoiled. ;)

I hope they get the fire controlled and no people or animals are hurt. Fire is bad any time but fighting one in freezing weather has to be the worst.
In spite of the snow and cold, house plants are growing, some are blooming and the limes are developing nicely. The cacti are going wild.
