If a person acting in an official capacity feels the need to "get even" with a tax paying citizen... perhaps they should think about stepping down, or getting therapy. They are no longer acting as a person in their position should and they are a disgrace. They need to let it go, it's not like you've done something to them on a personal level..even then, it would still be inexcusable ..I wouldn't be surprised if they're the one stalking you Raz.

One of these days they'll slip up and push it too far... and this whole little vendetta of theirs will back fire. You'll be able to take them to court and they may just lose their jobs. Oh wouldn't that just be terrible... Karma is a B!

A funny note to the events of Friday. I got a call from a recruiter that I had been dealing with for a good job. The call was answered by the police man who confiscated my phone, he told her that I was under arrest and could not answer the call. I'm guessing that I'll miss out on that job.

I just think it would be funny has hell to have em all paranoid about getting the banana up the tailpipe treatment, and then have a few of us in court where a few of us will pull out banana's during your case and just casually snack on them like its no big deal.

Having a few people in court to witness the proceedings would be invaluable. The last few proceedings have been scheduled outside of the normal court hours. I suspect that this is by design so that there are no witnesses.

I could just see you getting arrested while you are sedated after your procedure for not showing up in court. I mean, we are talking about complete idiots!!

Well let's just think about this. Consider that the neighbor who testified against me during the original chicken trial is a member of the judges church. Even though he committed perjury, his testimony was ruled as valid by the judge.

The originator of the initial complaint was the mother of a girl who was a waitress at the judge's favourite restaurant. Both refused to testify.
Then consider that the mayor has stated on record (youtube video) that he does not want chickens in HIS city. And this same person has stated that he wants me out of "his" city. That is merely hearsay that was related to me by the city manager. It is not admissible in court.

Then there is the case of another local citizen raising turkey on their city lot. At a meeting of a few city council, they decided to allow this citizen to raise those turkey because the city didn't want a legal event. A few council members met outside of charter rules and made a decision to allow for preferential treatment. I have this information directly from the party involved but it is merely hearsay as the party involved does not want to jeopardize that special consideration.

I don't doubt you earning your keep (i just knocked a piece of lumber through my bathroom window last night while carpeting my bedroom...3rd shift worker) i have lots to do here but problem is i live in an old trailer. I've put in a lot, but at this point i am ready to suck up the loss , give it away, and go stay in a motel for the winter! I have lost countless rental opportunities on account of being unable to get rid of it quickly and next summer if i focus on my credit i will be buying. Unless i find a land contract sooner!

I need to be where my birds can be. I got awaywith having my mini pair indoors last year but my new neighbors are butts, and it is between them and my ex as to who got me in trouble with my other bird. I am still torn up over losing him. I bought the kind i'm allowed to keep but since losing him this place is no longer a home to me.

So i guess the short version is i'm in the same boat - except crappier home.

I have a good job though and am beyond ready to get a place and enjoy my birds from my front porch!!! I envy you guys for that. Mine have been kept outside of town and i debated giving up on chickens but i enjoy them and i finally have the breeding sets i've always wanted....nothing can bring back my originals but this set off ee have very similar temperament. (Hence my willingness to suffer vet bills)

Raz, I'm probably the one who got you in trouble about the non-existent sheep. I go to that shop in Frankenmuth every year and likely talked about it. I probably had no clue what your last name was at the time and well, who would have ever guessed your local officials would be so stupid?

The whole situation is reminding me of Harry Potter, when he is scheduled to appear before a panel to determine whether or not he should be expelled from school for using magic outside of school, as an underage wizard. When he got there, the meeting had been rescheduled, moved to another location and was conducted as a full criminal trial. This was to prevent witnesses from attending and to put him away because the government felt threatened by him.


I know you are a meticulous record keeper. Use it, use it well.
