I noticed that too.....probably some glitch, looks like they fixed it.Wow many double posts today
Getting more here too, snow and eggs.I'm getting a few more eggs now too. I have had a light on a timer from 4am to 8am every morning all winter, and really thought I'd get more eggs in December and January.
Last week Dr. Fulton said that for good winter egg production, sixteen hours of light per day is needed, not the fourteen hours that I thought were enough. Maybe next winter...

Most of Jan was pretty abysmal for eggs here, but the weather was rough, being confined to coop didn't help, Cabin Fever Stress is real, get more eggs when they can go outside.
I didn't keep too close an eye on light timer either...between 13-15 hours....but some pullets stopped laying, couple adults molted late. Wish I had a timer that could be changed in less than 30 minute increments. I leave light on from 3:30am to about 2pm...some days are so cloudy that...well, we all want more light! Soon.
Does Dr. Fulton suggest how to manage that light, ei: when to start/increase/stop?
Did you hear him speak last week or.....?
