I agree. That's the down side of living at the end of nowhere. No one by to call for help.
I do have a neighbor that will come and watch when I'm on the roof. I just need to have a cooler full of beer and some snacks for him. If nothing else, I'll get the synthetic felt laid and make the deck water tight.

Perhaps, but I've roofed before. No sense in spending extra money.
