You should have a scorecard. It can be difficult to keep track of medications, and dangerous to get them wrong.
The PICC line can stay in for ever. They last better if they're flushed every once in awhile.

Did they reset your toes and cast your foot when they were discovered with the xrays?

Yes.
Since the hospital stay and all the medications I'm getting concerned. Put on meds then taken off or switched. I need a score card.
Heck I still have the PICC line but nothing goes in it. They canceled the home care.

I would keep it clean, and if you have the saline to flush it, might not be a bad idea to do that at least every other day. Might want to talk to the nurses about that. Mom had a picc line January 2020 when we was trying to get her over her stroke and shingles then. Easy enough to do infusions, just gotta keep everything super clean, and heck, I'm surprised that they're letting you do them yourself. Neuro doctor that was going to discharge her after the stroke stopped in the morning that I was getting her out of the hospital was wanting to send her to a rehab place because she didn't have someone there 24/7 to watch her. All but picked her skinny butt up and tossed her out of the room. Anyways, did get her home that day and really glad that we got her home then.

Got my coop all set up here for winter, other than some minor tweaks I want to do yet. Switched my lighting around in there a little today so that now I have two light fixtures in there so they will be getting plenty of light in the mornings, probably need to give them an earlier wake up alarm now. Never been a fan of the time change.

Good morning! The rain/snow is now snowy enough to stick to the leaves on the ground and make everything look like late fall.

I really hope most of the rest of the oak leaves come down so that I can get them raked up the next time we have a dry day. Wet or dry, the leaves have to be raked up, and dry is certainly easier.

I started a notebook with appointment times and locations.
Medications are on file on the computer, pre hospital and post hospital prescriptions. Most of the Post-hospital have run out. Almost all of the pre-hospital meds were canceled by the insurance company. The pain meds mostly because they had me on morphine in the joint.

Yes she did. That was when I got the boot. August/September I think it was. That's when I went on medical from work. They wouldn't let me unload trucks with a boot and cane.

I don't have anything to run through the line. No medication, no saline, nothing. Home care nursing canceled care programme. So no refills.
Cardiologist nurse wants me to leave the picc line in until they can get the TEE scheduled.

I hate to admit it but this white stuff sure looks pretty here in my woods. It's been coming steady all morning. Sticking on some things. Radio says it's 33 degrees but my little weather station says 40. But I'm close to the water.

The snow is really nice to see, but it's supposed to turn to rain later today. Not better!
