Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

We have a tractor for all that! And a 4x4 truck, and my Forester. Farm living! We plan to stay here LONG!
Mary
I love my tractor too. That and the UTV do a lot of work around here. Right now the Ute has a bed of firewood to be stacked. The wood splitter is towed behind so I can go to where the windfalls are. Or I can drag out full size trees with the tractor. Just need a wider path for it.

I was an engineer my whole life so all machines appeal to me.

Temperature dropped quite a bit and the rain/snow is hit and miss. It's going to be a fun drive to go get the MRI. At least an hour each way. How I hate driving in the dark. Stole the lawn mower gas for the trip. Fingers crossed for a safe round-trip. Too much time to think about it. I don't leave for another 1 1/2 hours.

Glad it was a uneventful trip....was thinking about you, it was snowing like mad here.
They must have gotten you in and out pretty quick, eh?
I'm not sure how quick it was. I was scheduled for 9:30 and it took around 45 minutes or so. They had to stop twice because I started coughing and spoiled the scan. The tech thinks the images will be okay for the radiologist to read. I might know by Monday.

I hope you get your knee fixed. Hope it goes better than mine did. Still not right. Hope my bunion surgery goes well. Dr is actually replacing my joint in big toe! Don't happen until 12/14. Hope it don't snow much since I can only wear one pair of canvas shoe.
Wintry mix expected today. Guess I'm staying home.
Stay safe and warm

RaZ, glad you made your trip safely. I so hate driving in lousy weather.

There's some light snow accumulation on some of the lawn/garden. I think it'll be an inside day today; maybe I'll bake something.

My laying pullet's XL egg was a double yolk, and tasty! I had it in my lunch yesterday. I think my laying hen is not laying, though. Haven't had any eggs that look like hers for about a week. Her comb/wattles are still red, but maybe she's stopped until after the solstice?
