I take it that they were hot processed. (?)On a good note, I've got 8 pints of dill pickles cooling on the counter!And picked my first GIANT zucchini. All the others I've picked have been a much more manageable size.![]()
I did some refrigerator pickles from a M.E.N. recipe. They are only OK in my opinion. They taste alright but aren't very crisp. I don't know if is was the cold method or if I had mediocre cukes to start with.
