This one climbed up the side of the outside fencing and into my hen house through the eves. Then tried to dig his way back out via the hen house door. That didnt work so he must have went back out the same way.
Some say wessels do this to their prey. I dont know, have not had it happen and I sure hope it doesnt.
I am so very sorry for your loss KKL. Try to set a live trap just in case is comes back.
