Sarah

Just wanted to say hello and goodnight to everyone!!
Haven't posted on here much. But I am always reading to see what is going on around here.
Oopsy: I saw your ad on freecycle the other day, I was going to respond. I would love to be able to help out for such a great cause. I don't have alot, but am sure I could find some extra kitchen or household things for your cause. Or some volunteer time if your need it. Please pm me if you would like some help. Also make sure you take it easy and try not to stress to much. Panic attacks are not easy to deal with, you don't want them to become more of an issue!
To everyone feeling under the weather: Take the time to rest and take care of yourselves. Life and health are to important.
HBR: You and your exes issues are never easy. Keep doing what you do, the best you can. You will prevail!!
Opa: Please keep up the good work on your snowblower. Some of us like the latest (small) snowfall predictions.
I hope everyone has a great night and stays warm!!!

Awwwwww thank you so much Citalk2much. Wish I could hug you right now too. These darn things are horrible. Try meditation. Cross your legs indian style and put your head in your lap. Has helped me a few times. Also Green Tea without caffeine helps me to relax. I'll pray for you Citalk as I know after a couple days its hard for me to get back on track again. Keep your chin up girl!!

no snow at all, just wet brown and grey mud and dead looking trres. I don't do well with grey days. I need some sun and brightness soon and white beautiful snow covered trees and sun sparkeling off the branches and the ground. I will turn my Christmas tree lights on for now and hope it helps.

Ok does anyone remember the old tacky outdoor christmas bulbs that your grandparents or parents had growing up? I wish I could find some the ones at the store they say that they are for outdoors but as soon as the snow hits them they pop. If anyone knows of a place that has then setting and not using please send me a PM. I need some spirit. I would like to decorate my big tree out front.

Boyd <------------------------- = Misplaced Texan

Where in Texas are you from, Boyd? I was born in San Antonio, grew up in Bartlesville, OK (an hour east of Tulsa), and moved back to San Antonio to finish high school. Then, I moved to Dallas when I was 19, and lived there for 18 years until I moved here. I moved here in October of 2006 in order to move on with my relationship with my now hubby. We had been dating for a while long distance, and knew that we wanted to continue the relationship. Hubby's an upper level executive, and I'm more of a mom-type, so I was the logical choice to move. I haven't regretted it even for one day. I love it here! It's amazing to experience the four seasons, and the Summers here are so beautiful! I love the lakes-in Dallas one was lucky to be able to get their boat in the water. Most of the time, the lakes were too dried up from drought. And....I haven't had to deal with allergies or athsma since moving here. Nope. Don't miss it at all.
