Oh! That sounds great!!
We had regular old goulash last night
it was yummy too! I love the name you gave it! We have rabbit meat here from my culls and we have bunny tacos, sloppy loppies, and shaken'bake bunny
I think this spring we're going to tackle the meat chickens now that I have a setup that will allow extra birds. Anyone around the lansing area have a plucker? I saw some cool "easy" ways to make one and I'm thinking about giving it a try to save some money when it comes to butchering! I agree though...someone should really get on top of that "spontaneous feather loss" LOL
do you grind the meat into bunny burger for the sloppy loppies or just shredded? (we have meat rabbits too)
It was funny cause I swore it was the canned venison... but there was a "G" on the can......I'm thinking what the heck did he put a "G" on the venison for (looked and smelled like it)... DH didn't know why either. Neither one of us knew. So lastnight, as I lay there trying to relax, I realize what the "G" was, so of course, I had to wake DH up and say it was GOOSE the "G" was for goose! (he started snoring anyway so he needed to be woke up!) I was nervous on how to cook it.... now I know!! The cubed wild goose goes good in Goulash!!!
I just shred the meat. I always tell people you can do anything with rabbit that you can do with chicken.
I've even used it in jumbalaya mmmmmm....
