Jessica,

Everything you are feeling is normal. Hugs and prayers for you and yours. Im so sorry, its so unfair. the next few days, weeks, are going to be pure hell for you- and I pray that you can draw upon inner strength and upon your family to help you through.
You are in my thoughts- and in the thoughts of others here, as well.
I wish we could make this easier for you,.

Kim

Jessica, one day at a time sweetie to many thoughts and feelings going through you right now. He doesn't blame you, he was blessed to have been taken in a way so many of us hope and pray to, not that hearing this makes the pain less. If you are a person of faith, maybe God knew that his job on Earth was finished and it was his time to rest, and he knew that you would be ok. You will be ok. You will! And so will the rest of your family. God be with you and your family!

A bit of a deal alert for those neat Whitmore Lake, omg. I was looking for plywood for my Dad on craigslist (he lives near Ann Arbor), and found this gem that would make one of ya'll an excellent coop if it is legit.

4x7 ice shanty for 20$? Pretty sure that isn't a typo since it is typed more than once. I am sure a bit of carpentry magic adding a few lay boxes, and BAM, chicken coop.

Good Morning all. Prayers continuing for you, Jessica.

I was outside late last night trying to break up another drake fight in the dark that had the neighbor dog going crazy. Apparently, my one drake has decided to kick out my other drake and "his" hen. They all went to their usual sleep spots, but Drake A wouldnt let Drake B near the shelter.
I need to find Drake B a new home.

Spring hasnt even arrived and i already have problems.

The rain last night has turned my yard into a skating rink. Everyone be careful today.

Heading out in a few minutes to work on my best friends house just north of New Boston. It's a 100 year old kit home that came from Sears & Roebuck. We've had to do some major renovation to insure that the clawfoot bath tub his wife brought won't fall through the floor. Today the drywall is being delivered and he and I will also be trying to get the tub into the house on the second floor. It will probably be an exercise that reminds us of just how old we have become.

His current home in Westland is about 80 years old but he has been working on it for over 30 years and there is nothing that needs to be done. With this house I think it will take another 30 years to get it to the same point. On my cell phone I have musical ring tones assigned to particular individuals. Each time he calls me, the phone plays "What was I thinking".

hahaha! How wonderful that he has you to help out for the next thirty years, Sam!

You know...New Boston is not that far from me at all----- I could come slip this muscovy drake into your truck.....

Don't feel guilty MichiganWrangler cause you didn't check on him, it was his time and it was probably the most peaceful way to go.... I hope you find peace soon.

new peoples!

I can't believe I slept through the thunderstorm lastnight!

I saw my first robin this morning (in the car headlights pulling in to work).

Hope everyone has a great week.

I hope someone can help you Jessica with the Probate lawyer. I'm over on the west side near Traverse City so can't help you there. I know it is hard to think and function on a rational level when your world has suddenly come down- but prayers will help and the Lord will help you and your daughter by comforting and guiding you. Your husband is not angry at you....how many of us have fallen asleep in the chair the same way. ? He could not know......you could not know. Continued prayers for you........
